The last stage of the SQUAD™ lifecycle is dedicated to budgeting and managing live production marketing and tech support, DevOps, and continuous delivery of micro software versions.
- Advisement, brokerage, and management of objectives: Includes continued Development objectives, Client Staff Integration, Data Migration, SEO & SMO, Analytics & Reporting, Marketing Consulting, Managed Services, Long-Term Support
- Minimum recommended team: 1 junior resource, ⅓ project manager
- Can add additional senior and junior resources, as needed
- Can overlap with development stage to support small feature additions and defect corrections to current production version, or as team gap augmentation for next-version development stage
- Operations: Daily 30-40 minute stakeholder SQUAD™ management sessions, Extreme Programming (agile), continuous delivery, weekly sprint kick-off and retrospective team meetings
- Recommended tracking tools: JIRA, Gitlab, Excel
